Every answer follows the same order of authority.

Scripture first

We let the Bible explain itself — cross-references and Scripture interpreting Scripture, before any commentary.

Classic Christian texts

Public-domain works — church fathers, creeds and confessions, classic commentaries and sermons.

The model's knowledge and the web

For contemporary topics the classics don't cover, answers may draw on the AI model's training or on web search results.

References, vetted

We do our best to cite the sources behind every answer, and we vet what we cite. If we've referenced copyrighted material improperly, tell support@pastorz.dev and we'll remove it promptly.
